We are looking for highly motivated people to join our Board of Trustees.
As we celebrate our 30th year providing wellbeing & mental health support to young people aged 13-25 across the Vale of White Horse and South Oxfordshire, we are keen to diversify our board of Trustees to take us forward into our next era.
A diverse board has more perspectives, is more innovative, and creates more options. That is why we are fully committed to inclusive practice and diversifying our board. It is an exciting time to be joining TAB, and our Trustees help us shape our future to ensure that we can continue to provide support for those that need us.

A person who has a passion to make a difference to the lives of young people and their future.
Previous board experience is not necessary, and we welcome applications from anyone aged over 18, no matter your background. If you haven't sat on a board before, you will be partnered with a ‘board buddy’ to show you the ropes and provide advice. We will support your learning and training, and we hope to learn from you too!
