How do I get help?

Step 1

Give us a call or send us an email for a confidential chat. If you feel nervous about this somebody you know could do it for you. You can also use our Referral Form.

Step 2

We will book you in for an initial session with one of our friendly counsellors, and then you can decide for yourself if this is something you want to continue with.


Step 3 

You will be on a journey! TAB will be there each step of the way.
