It can take up to two weeks for our Triage Co-ordinator to contact you to discuss your referral and book an initial assessment. If you feel you need urgent support please text 'SHOUT' to 85258 for free 24/7.

Funding
Our support to young people is free. We have a dedicated team that works hard to raise money to fund these sessions. Each session costs the charity around £70. That's around £840 for a young person to have 12 sessions of support. If you are in a position to make a donation to help with these costs, please visit our Donation page.
Eligibility
Please note that due to funding we are only able to accept referrals for young people living in South Oxfordshire or the Vale of the White Horse. If you do not meet these criteria there are other organisations that may be able to help.
