Real Support

Bridge 18-25 from The Abingdon Bridge offers free, confidential support for 18 to 25 year olds in Oxfordshire who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or just not okay. No judgement. No barriers. It’s all about you — wherever you are.

You’re not weak. You’re not a burden. You’re human. Many of us have felt the same—like something’s off but unsure what to do about it.

We know that asking for help isn’t always easy, especially when you’re worried about what people might think.

We’re part of the local community, and we’re here to listen, not lecture. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low mood, stress, or just life feeling too much—we see you, and you’re welcome here.

Our mission is simple: to save lives through connection.

We believe that mental health support should feel human, honest, and accessible—not clinical or cold. That’s why our spaces are relaxed, our groups are open-minded, and our counsellors genuinely care.

You don’t need a diagnosis. You don’t need to explain everything. You don’t need to be in crisis. You’re welcome here, just as you are.

“TAB gave me space to talk without expecting me to be ‘normal’. It changed everything.”

“I didn’t think just chilling with others could help—but it really did.”
