Hi I'm Anne.

I understand it can be very awkward to come into what can seem like a weird world of counselling. TAB is a safe space where the first steps are to get to know you at your own pace.

I am an integrative counsellor working with the Person Centred, Transactional Analysis and the Transpersonal approaches and a member of the BACP.

I love to work creatively, believing there is more to Talking Therapy than just talking.
