Our Healthy lifestyles programme

Do you need to make a change? What's stopping you? Our healthy lifestyles programme supports young people and young adults who want to make a positive change in their lives. This could be to reduce or stop drugs and alcohol misuse; get active and improve self-esteem, or you're just feeling a bit stuck. We do this by:

  • 1:1 support

  • group work

  • educational workshops.
