Counselling

  • Perhaps you are having problems with you parents or family?
  • Do you have difficulties with friends?
  • Low self esteem?
  • Maybe you have eating problems.
  • Perhaps you are going through a crisis.
  • You may feel suicidal or be self-harming.
  • Do you want to talk through a past experience and move on in the present?
  • Are you just feeling depressed?

Whatever the issue, big or small, everyone could benefit from a listening ear and a chance to think things through.

Counselling is an opportunity to take more charge of your life and to help you look at your life from a new perspective.

Counselling is a safe place to talk about your problems without being judged.

You can make an appointment for an initial meeting with a trained counsellor to discuss your needs and find out what counselling can offer you. Regular sessions can then be arranged.

Anything talked about in these sessions will not be passed on to anyone else without permission, unless someone is at serious risk of harming themselves or others.

Please note counselling is only available in person at TAB, not by phone or email, and an appointment must be made.

See "CONTACT US" for more details.
